Opportunities for business in Integrated Resorts in Asia

In 2006, Macao overtook Las Vegas in terms of gross gaming and by 2011 with gaming revenues of USD33.8 was on a par with all of U.S. commercial casinos. Macao is home to some of the world’s largest integrated resorts and with several more under construction many Asian jurisdictions have adopted this model with vast integrated resort developments immerging throughout. Built around entertainment they are in constant need of multiple resources to maintain. They are a multi-million dollar facility that essentially needs nearly every type of industry participation to design, build, outfit, maintain and remain competitive. Glenn will explain about the integrated resort expansion in Macao, Vietnam, Japan (once casinos are legalised) Singapore, Philippines, Korea and other parts of Asia and areas of possible opportunity for companies supplying products & services in the Experience Economy.
