Gordon Mutton has worked in the Leisure & Hospitality sector for over 30 years. He has considerable experience of short-visit attractions, particularly aquariums, having joined SEA LIFE in 1992. He has held various roles within Merlin including GM, Divisional Director & Operations Director for various attractions and brands. Gordon is currently responsible for leading the Group Product Excellence & Corporate Social Responsibility functions. As champion of day to day Product Excellence, Gordon is at the interface between the company and its guests. He and his team are continually monitoring whether the attractions are actually delivering truly memorable experiences and driving actions through the management teams to improve quality and service.
