Oliver Kipp is responsible for MaritzCX European operations and service delivery to the client. He brings the tasks of program management, technology and research science together and is ultimately responsible for clients’ customer experience. Prior to his current role, Oliver worked for more than 15 years in the Entertainment Industry as a Board Member of Wenzel Consulting and helped bringing attractions like the Volkswagen Autostadt, BMW Welt or Merlin’s SealifeCentres and Dungeons in Germany to live. Oliver is a regular speaker on global industry events and has published dozens of articles related to the Entertainment Industry and customer experience management. Oliver holds a master’s degree in business administration.
