Biography

Eleanor Harris is the Director Enterprises at Royal Museums Greenwich responsible for marketing, visitor services, sales and all commercial activity. She is also a Director and shareholder of Brighton i360. Eleanor has been working on the Brighton i360 since 2006 and was part of the team who got the planning consent, secured the funding and most recently as CEO (2014-2016), she opened the attraction. Eleanor’s career in tourism has spanned more than 20 years. Her career started at British Airways where she held various marketing and operational management roles. Eleanor was Commercial Director and head of Customer Service at the London Eye 2000-2006. In 2006, she set up I-Xperience, a consulting firm advising visitor attractions including the Sky Garden at 20 Fenchurch Street; the View from the Shard; the Postal Museum; National Memorial Arboretum; the Olympic Park; the ‘Crystal’; Turner Contemporary. Royal Pavilion; the O2 and Mercedes Benz World.
