Graham is a Business Specialist with the Department for International Trade’s High Value Campaigns, focused on identifying and supporting UK businesses to access overseas opportunities in the UAE’s experience economy (including Expo 2020 Dubai). As major opportunities emerge, Graham helps position key UK companies and targets work packages to ensure they are invited to submit proposals.
Graham recently visited Saudi Arabia and has been working on developing DIT’s experience economy work across the Middle East region, building on the success of the work undertaken to date in the UAE.
Graham has a breadth of experience having managed and delivered services & projects in the public, private & voluntary sectors including the United Nations, 20 years with high profile London local authorities, London 2012 Olympic Games, Dubai Parks & a range of visitor experience events & operations.
Graham has excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels to ensure successful delivery. Skilled at building effective relationships and key partnerships, Graham is used to working with and leading multi-disciplinary teams and able to manage multiple suppliers and delivery partners in an effective and integrated way.
